Private beta Made for Shopify merchants
Thousands of signals. One source of truth.
Idris is an agentic analytics team for Shopify brands, monitoring thousands of signals to uncover problems and evidence-backed opportunities for growth. Unlike dashboards that leave the analysis to you, Idris investigates what matters, delivers a clear brief and measures what happens after you act.
The product Choose a capability
Six capabilities.
See each one working.
Underneath them runs one loop: signals in, evidence tested, cases filed, decisions briefed, outcomes measured. Pick a capability to see the part it plays.
Every investigation is a case file.
Evidence with verdicts, the explanations that lost, confidence computed in plain words, and a finish line defined before you act. Five active at most; everything else keeps being tracked without shouting.
- confidence is computed, never asserted
- success defined before you act
- solved cases become precedent

Success defined: back to the 28-day baseline, held 3 days.
Detection that knows your store’s rhythm.
Nightly, every trading day is judged against its own weekday’s expectation, built from clean days only. Most signals get parked. Only what clears the evidence bar is raised.
- day-of-week baselines, clean history only
- up to 19 independent checks per signal
- quiet is an answer
1 cleared the evidence bar · the rest parked, not raised
It doesn’t just read numbers. It goes and looks.
When a signal warrants it, a real browser walks your storefront’s buying journey and files a receipt: the trigger, the time, the finding. You can also send it yourself from any eligible case.
- a walk within minutes of a signal
- never places an order, never touches payment
- every act on the record

Briefed every morning. Reviewed every Monday.
The daily briefing says what needs a decision, what is being watched and what can wait. The all-clear has to be earned: a live case or a failed read forces the briefing to say so.
- filed on Today at 07:15
- a failed read is named, never painted green
- the Monday review files the week

All-clear withheld: one case is open.
Your workspace, readable from your own tools.
Owner-minted, read-only tokens let your AI assistant query the workspace over MCP. It gets the same server-resolved figures the app shows, honest refusals included.
- read-only by construction
- the token is the identity
- the same figures the app renders
Five sources. One case file.
Shopify and the tools around it: Search Console, Klaviyo, Merchant Center and Judge.me, plus your storefront’s own behaviour. Every connection is read-only; everything lands as evidence, not as another dashboard.

Built for trust Accuracy before theatre
Show the work.
Earn the confidence.
Idris is designed to make its judgement inspectable. The evidence, the alternatives and the uncertainty stay in the case. Each rule below is running in the panel beside it.
No invented numbers
If Idris has not computed a figure, it does not state it. Missing or insufficient data is shown plainly.
Confidence is computed
Confidence reflects the checks passed, alternatives eliminated and quality of the available evidence.
Quiet is an answer
When no problem or opportunity clears the evidence bar, Idris says so. It does not manufacture urgency or growth plays.
Our mission Built in the UK
Enterprise intelligence should not be reserved for enterprises.
Idris is built by a UK team working on complex digital observability today. Our mission is to give independent businesses the same investigative discipline, without the enterprise tooling or the price tag.
